Previous reports had suggested that Nest was working on an outdoor camera and this week the company announced just that. The Nest Cam Outdoor is said to be weatherproof, works during the day or the night, plugs in so there’s no batteries to change, keeps a record of videos and will let you talk to whoever is outside of your house from a smartphone or tablet.
